Robbie gave us a run through of all the coffee’s that Beaver Creek produces. Beaver Creek produces 3 products that are made up of 100% coffee from the estate and are called the Estate Reserve. These are the early harvest, SL28 and Catuai. The SL28 is a slightly more acidic coffee and the Catuai is a fuller taste coffee.
Beaver Creek also makes up Roastery blends these are the House Blend made up of a blend of African Coffees, the Transki Gold which is a blend of Brazilian and Malawian beans (these are perfect for filter and Bodum), and Espresso blend which is a special blend of Brazilian, Costa Rican & Guatemalan beans and Ed’s Special blend which is mainly coffee from indonesia, Cuba, Costa Rica and Beaver Creek beans.
