Business leaders need to develop their social media skills to not only deal with a crisis, but also to be able to deal with and identify opportunity. Literacy on social media is still lagging in our business society – very few p laces actually teach the skills required for a leader in organization  on how to deal with social media – both invaluable and high risk. As leaders we need to learn how to become more literate and skilled. Luisa shares some key insights gained from the McKinsey Quarterly with GE (General Electric) as a case study.
