Dylan is the Barista at Beaver Creek and he gave us a run down on how to brew the perfect cup of coffee at home. We had a look at the various methods of home brewing: filter, French bodum, pour over, and the stove top espresso. Dylan also gave great advice on weither to buy pre-ground or to grind fresh, how to store your coffee and best way to clean your equipment. He was also dispelled some of the myths around brewing coffee.
