Collett Dawson, Owner at The CoLab Network is best known as a publicist across all entertainment fields, specialising mostly in theatre, music and film (more recently she has added lifestyle to that, including books, restaurants etc), She is also a skilled producer, strategist, media profiler.
Lindi Tshabangu was joined in studio by Collett (and her dog Toffee) as she shares with us her over 30 years experience in the industry across all departments.

Having worked in all fields from FOH to Food & Beverage, to backstage to reservations to high profile events like opening nights, launches etc, no task is too large or small for me to tackle.
Her entrance into the wonderful world of entertainment began while living in London in her 20’s, then those skills and experience came in handy upon returning to South Africa.
She has kept up relationships in the UK, which have since extended to Broadway, Dubai and other territories. She believes that the world is so small when it comes to the transference of skills, so she has kept up to date with entertainment trends globally, while being based in South Africa.
She travels internationally regularly to stay in tune with global entertainment trends – and also just because she loves traveling and experiencing world class entertainment at all levels and across all continents.
