As a digital leader, Shihaam operates in organised chaos. You have to to learn to adapt and adjust to the changing environment in which we operate in. She says “I have been fortunate to be mentored by some strong female leaders who have taught me about resilience and leading from the back.” Shihaam plays an active role in nurturing and growing the talent pool in South Africa.
