“I find it very interesting that we’re sitting in a world of communications, where integration is absolutely the epicenter of requirement to ensure that all the facets of communication and all the inputs of brand messaging and delivery, need to come from an integrated point –  the concern for me then is that if organisations aren’t constructing roles in their businesses to enable that seamless flow of communication across experiences, devices and multi-touch points, then how can they be prescribing this requirement to agencies when they don’t understand it fully themselves or don’t have departments driving it…”  Craig Page-Lee
